Our Journey to Becoming Food Truck Owners
Seven years ago, I was a single mom of seven, YES SEVEN working two jobs to make ends meet. Life was hectic and exhausting, but everything changed when I met the love of my life, Jeremy, who is also a father of two. We fell in love, got married, and started building a life together. Jeremy saw my passion and encouraged me to pursue my dream of owning a food truck. With his unwavering support, hard work, and a shared vision, we made it happen. Now, seven years later, we are proud food truck owners, living proof that love, determination, and teamwork can turn dreams into reality.
Our history
Michaella brings over 10 years of experience as a General Manager in the fast food and casual dining industry. Her leadership and expertise have consistently driven success, highlighted by her achievement of holding the highest catering sales in her district for three consecutive years. With a deep passion for delivering delicious food, Michaella is committed to simplifying her customers' day by providing exceptional food and service.
